At Filson, we stand behind the quality of our goods and offer a straightforward return process for items purchased within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email or available for immediate download.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
